From compound development assistance to production, to a finished product, our team is ready to meet the challenges of the polymer processing industry, with commitment to quality, customer service and responsiveness.

We use state-of-the-art twin screw extruders, feeding and pelletizing equipment specially designed to provide versatility and flexibility in the types of materials processed, including high temperature, highly abrasive, corrosive and reactive type materials. Production lots from 50 lbs until 10,000 lbs are possible.

With tighter product specifications, quality control and consistency, our produced compounds meet and exceed the product demands placed by a wide range of markets including electrical – electronics, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, semiconductor and medical. High-quality reprocessing of materials is another well-established process.

We are committed to total quality, with quality procedures modeled according to ISO 9001 standards (find here our certificate). Our analytical laboratory is fully equipped with a full range of thermal, rheological, mechanical, and microscopic equipment. The lab is equipped and capable of performing tests according to ASTM and ISO standards.
